Hunting Frustration...

After being booted for the 14th time today.... I decided to just snap a picture (notice the black and white I get after being "disconnected") while attempting to do the Jack or Jill Hunt 2.0  Now don't me wrong, I *love* my Firestorm as a viewer, it has great functionality, tons of options and has that whole "Phoenix" feel but yeah... it hates me when I try to take pictures..

so I saw someone wearing the Lolas Tango mesh breasts (This is their new location link as of January 2013) and yeah, had to try them myself.  Though the "default" size is almost laughable, once you adjust them to a size you are comfortable with they look pretty great.  There are many designers on the marketplace and on the grid that are offering the appliers for their items, for both skins as well as clothing layers.

Now if you are like me and try to learn how to do stuff for yourself.... I decided to make a simple shirt and see if I could make my own applier for it as well.  The applier has a step by step walk through instructions that comes with your package from Lolas, plus the templates.  So big win from the creator <3

Here is the result of that...  and yeah, even I laughed at my silly little shirt.

Now, like everything, these aren't for everyone, and there are still so many outfits and hair I just love that they dont work with, but hey, SL is about having fun and enjoying yourself.... be happy :)

it's called Aria and came with quite a few color combinations and a hud to change it.  All for 95L so yeah, total win.   I'm kind of a hair groupie... dont ask how many I have ;)

Our First Partner Day

So me and my guy celebrated our first year partner day :) First we hit up RedGrave, where my man got a new skin called "Craig" ... which looks really amazing and reminds me of the real him, which makes me happy <3  Then it was off to GRAVES, where we got some techie clothes and TonkTastic to pull off military grade gear, I hit up DRD where I got my boots, and (red)Mint to buy my hair with the hat!!! It came with a button that I can change to my mood.  I am way happy so >SMILEY< face for me!!  Then we went exploring a space station...at Losthaven, it had some cool shops with Robot avatars, accessories and generally all kinds of spacey stuff :)

As a gift the crazy man made and gave me this personal Mesh nameplate.  (136 prim land impact *eeps*)

Did I mention, I am a lucky woman...

 I "wore" it on my chin and shrunk it down to wear on my hat!!

We also hit up the BLADERUNNER CITY, THE OFFWORLD, where I got sucked in to pulling a watch for a bit in the control room!!!  How did they know my networking mad skillz??!! *boggle*
